Return Policy
At WebtechNET LLC, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Items that are damaged or not in their original condition due to misuse may not be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, such as personal care products, intimate apparel, and items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and perishable goods are also excluded from returns.
Return Process
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@webtech-net.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to return.
- Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping. A return label will be provided, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
- Send the Item: Please return the item within 14 days of receiving the return authorization. Make sure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees, including the cost of the return label, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
